What to include

For a setup problem, say which device and which client you use, which location you picked, and what the screen shows. A short screenshot of the error helps more than a long description. Please do not post your personal link in any public chat, and do not send it to anyone who writes to you first: the support account never needs the full link.

What you will not find here

There is no mailbox on this site, no contact form and no chat widget. Everything goes through Telegram, which is also how the link reaches you, so one app covers the whole service from the first request to the last renewal.
